ABOUT
I often say I am a "citizen of the World". I don't own a house; my suitcase is always packed and ready and (believe it or not) I can be ready to go in less than 30min!
Travelling the world first for leisure, studies abroad and then for work in the cruise industry I feel most comfortable in the field of operations and “home” is wherever I can do what makes me happy, that is port & cruise terminal guest logistics, hotel operations, airport M&G and specialized turnaround & guest services training worldwide.
Cumulating over 15+ years of expertise in hospitality, cruise, and tourism industry I am 100% driven by hands-on day to day operations. As a highly collaborative manager I lead from the front. I must be on-site with my team, experiencing what the team experiences on a daily basis, in real time. We identify gaps and find creative solutions together. I love to structure, empower, and level up team members so they can reach their best potential.


I focus on turnaround operations with an emphasis on SOPs enhancement and training "on the field". I am a multi-destination expert and I made it my mission to structure, empower, and level up partners, stakeholders & team members on land & at sea so they can reach their best potential and create guest experiences that truly make a difference.
